Rogue Theatre’s mission is to create immediate and accessible theatre; immersing the audience in an explosive visceral and physical experience.
Rogue explores fantasy and human nature; drawing on popular culture to tell stories rich in pathos and strong in narrative with the accessible appeal of cabaret and the spectacle of circus.
Rogue is a progressive and committed company taking a risky and ludic approach to theatre whilst applying a rigorous work ethic.
Angelina Boscarelli is both artistic director of Rogue Theatre and the director of Red Sun. She has an anarchic approach to theatre and skilfully blends spectacle, powerful narrative and danger in her work. Pathway to the Red Sun is inspired by her experience of working in Tokyo.
Ollie is both company director of Rogue Theatre and an actor in the company. Ollie has always been passionate about theatre. He enjoys the freedom of creativity and believes that theatre should be exciting and moving, he also believes that theatre should be accessible to
everyone.
Wendy was sixteen when she took to the stage professionally as a magician’s assistant. And from murder mysteries to musicals, children’s entertaining to touring bands, she has loved a life living from a suitcase. With a hunger for adventure, she is excited to pack her eleven pairs of stilettos for her third tour with Rogue.
